Neoway is the largest company in Latin America for Big Data and Analytics and Artifial Intelligence for business.

First, you need to upload the company's customer portfolio and identify the items according to the platform.

After identification, it is necessary to segment customers, group them so that similar customers receive differentiated service.

With the customer portfolio configured, using data intelligence, data is calculated to support the business, such as the percentage of possibility of converting the portfolio, potential ticket, average time to convert a customer, among others.

Goals

It is also possible to create goals according to the business objectives based on information from the customer portfolio. The goal is created based on a segment, and takes into account the number of companies that want to reach, the value and the period for the goal to be reached.

From these settings, rich leads are selected for the company to contact.
